Our DoctorsDr. Kelsey Schroeder was raised in Manhattan, Kansas. She attended Kansas State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Following her graduation, she completed a rotating small animal internship in Tucson, AZ with Dr. Davies before settling in Denver, where she has been practicing for the last decade.
Dr. Schroeder started her career in Denver working in general practice and urgent care. Over time, she developed a strong interest in dentistry and a passion for enhancing her patients' mobility and managing their pain, particularly among senior patients. This passion prompted her to pursue certifications as a Certified Canine Rehab Therapist and a Certified Veterinary Medical Acupuncturist. In 2021, she established her own mobile rehabilitation and acupuncture service.
Dr. Schroeder is excited to be able to combine her various skills and expertise to provide comprehensive care to her patients at The Neighborhood Vets.
Beyond her professional life, Dr. Schroeder finds joy in spending time outdoors, running, hiking, camping, and playing softball. She also cherishes spending quality time with her friends, family, her dogs, Wrigley and Nolan, and her cat, Miss Alley Tibbles.
