While We Don’t Require Referrals,

We Appreciate Them!

If you have a patient that you would like to refer to us for Rehabilitation or Acupuncture Services please fill out and submit the referral form below.


We aim to work with you to provide the most comprehensive care to your patients.  We will send the primary vet on record a copy of our initial evaluation, along with medication, supplement, and diagnostic recommendations.  We also send follow-up reports.
